Open in summer, every evening for dinner between 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm.
Guests of the Perla Verde room and the Riccione, Orizzonte, Orizzonte Family, Quintopiano Turchese and Cobalto suites have dinner already reserved every evening at the Fior di Sale Restaurant. All other rooms can make a reservation (at extra charge).
