Corallino Quattro Stagioni Restaurant

Research, variety, first choice.

Buffet lunch is served for all hotel guests at Corallino Quattro Stagioni Restaurant.

Buffet dinner here is reserved for guests staying in the Easy, Class and Executive Family Rooms and the Paradise, Corallo and Quintopiano Zaffiro Suites.

And for little ones? There's Cora and Lallo's Restaurant> a small private room (open from mid-June to mid-September and located in the historic wing), where meals become a fun time to share with friends and the Kids’ Club entertainers.

Fior di Sale is an exclusive taste experience that comes from the sea.
Fior di Sale is a temple of tasting dishes, where the focus is on the excellence of top-quality ingredients.
Fior di Sale is a gift for all the senses, starting with the palate.

High-level gourmet cuisine in a luxury restaurant with à la carte menu, open every evening to the public too, in the new seafront Hotel Corallo building.


Guests staying in the Perla Verde Rooms and the Riccione, Orizzonte, Orizzonte Family and Quintopiano Turchese and Cobalto Suites have dinner reserved every evening at Fior di Sale Restaurant, other guests must book in advance (and pay a supplement).

Cora and Lallo Restaurant

And for kids?

For younger guests there is the Cora and Lallo restaurant, a room, in the historical part of the hotel, reserved for all children who wish to eat together with friends and the entertainers of the Mini Club.

This room is open during the summer months from mid-June to mid-September (lunch from 12:30 to 13:30; dinner from 19:30 to 20:30).
The menu makes all palates happy and is prepared directly by our kitchen team at Corallino Quattro Stagioni.
Every day, for the little ones struggling with weaning, we offer creams suitable for weaning and fresh chicken and fish smoothies.

Monday: Romagna MIA:
An evening to discover the cuisine of the Romagna area 
Tuesday: Le dîner français
The best traditional French dishes will make you live a unique experience, a culinary journey across the Alps: "Le dîner français" awaits you!
Wednesday: Seafood Dinner (for all guests of the hotel, by reservation within the previous day)
An appointment on the Roof Garden, with the sea to see and eat! The legendary “Rustida”, which in Riccione dialect means “grilled fish”, is a special evening with delicious fish dishes.
Thursday: Spanish Evening! 
Our chefs will prepare a delicious paella cooked on sight, tapas and Hispanic specialties to delight your palate!

Friday: Adventure on a pirate ship Sweet Night and Caramello Show
The adventure begins with the journey: every Friday morning, (from 24th June), a fantastic little train will take you to the port of Riccione where a fantastic sailing adventure awaits you in the company of one of our animators! You will ride the waves on a beautiful sailing ship and you can even swim offshore if you wish! Reservations at the mini club.
A very special evening on Friday with a greedy and fun after dinner by the pool: the irresistible Dessert selection that will delght both the youngest and the oldest and Caramello's hilarious show will make the evening unique and unforgettable!

Good morning with a smile

Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 - 10:30 am at Corallino Quattro Stagioni Restaurant.
In summer, guests can sit by the pool to enjoy every single ray of sunshine. A delicious mouth-watering buffet, ranging from homemade cakes and pastries, biscuits and muffins baked daily by our master pastry chefs, through to savoury specialities and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses for those who like to start with a burst of energy. Prefer something lighter? Choose yoghurts, muesli, juices and fresh fruit.

 

Reef Bar

Poolside

The Reef Bar, by the large swimming pool, is available for lunch for a fresh and tasty break
from 12.30 to 16:00 (from mid-June to mid-September).

All day open for snacks, aperitifs and an after-dinner cocktail.

Service not included in half board and full board stays.
